What Brandon designs
Brandon leads discovery and technical architecture for DevCore Ventures. He designs agentic workflows, teams and workspaces around how the firm earns revenue, uses capital and serves clients.
Each proposed solution is tied to its expected effect on the P&L or the priorities agreed with leadership.
How he develops the business case
He sets out the expected business effect and the assumptions behind it in an implementation blueprint. Leadership can examine that case before detailed design begins and refine it as the team learns more.
The firm’s people set the objectives, manage relationships and apply judgment. They approve consequential actions.
Financial services experience
He applies his financial services experience to business analysis and to relationships with investors and partners.
- He spent more than six years working with ultra-high-net-worth clients as a portfolio manager and private banker.
- At JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management, he served tech founders, private equity principals and closely held business owners.
- He also worked in Verizon Corporate Finance.
- His broader experience spans more than eight years in capital advisory and management consulting, including balance sheet optimisation for founders and private equity principals.
Outside work
Originally from London, Brandon is a lifelong Manchester United and England supporter. He and Myles plan to start a band.

What Myles builds
Myles designs and builds the systems that let agents work together inside a firm.
He develops a working version the client can test and explains the technical trade-offs as they refine the workflow together.
- He defines each agent’s role, the information it can retain, the tools it can use and the permissions it needs.
- He defines how work is checked and recorded, including when a person reviews an exception or approves a consequential action.
Experience and education
- He has more than six years of experience in AI and automation.
- He worked as a data analytics engineer at ONEOK before building the AI consulting practice that became DevCore.
- His background also includes Gravity AI, and he founded DevCore Inc.
- Myles holds a master’s in AI and machine learning from Colorado State University and a computer science degree from the University of Tulsa.
How he likes to work
Once the plan is clear, Myles is happiest building and testing it.

How Ashtin works with clients
Ashtin leads growth and client experience. She makes sure clients know what happens next, who is responsible and which decisions or questions need their attention.
She follows up throughout delivery and stays involved in the client relationship.
Growth and account management
She keeps the commercial and delivery teams in touch, with clear expectations about the work. She raises questions early so the people responsible can resolve them.
- She has more than two years of experience in account management.
- At DevCore, she progressed from account executive to head of business development and now leads growth for AgentOS and DevCore.
What she enjoys
Ashtin enjoys helping people understand complicated subjects and leaving them clearer about the work ahead.
