AI consulting, implementation and education for financial services

We integrate AI tailored to financial services.

Our strategies are centered around P&L outcomes.

  • We identify where in your operating model we can deploy AI right now, and estimate the upside.
  • We build and test the solution with your team against the business case.
  • Your employees learn how to use and check the work throughout implementation.

Our approach

The business case comes first.

We focus on financial services because our team understands how the work gets done. We look for opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs or give people better information for decisions. The business case connects those opportunities to changes in how your firm operates, accounting for implementation, running costs and human review.

Capacity to pursue more opportunities

When prospect preparation limits a team that converts well, agents may help more suitable opportunities reach a conversation. We test that assumption and assess whether the additional opportunities justify the cost.

Better information for decisions

An underwriting team may spend time reconciling conflicting figures or finding missing information. We assess whether agents could prepare a more complete file and how that would affect review time and decision quality.

Our three-phase approach

We build the solution with your team.

We establish the business case, prepare your people and build a solution they can use and inspect. Training continues as we test and refine the work together.

01

Consulting Understand the firm and define the business case

We examine how your firm generates revenue and the activities behind it. With leadership, we map how work moves through the firm, where decisions are made and where AI could make a useful difference.

We agree on the priorities with leadership, define what a useful result would look like and decide how to measure it.

The implementation blueprint explains the proposed changes and their expected effect on the P&L, your priorities or both. It includes upside, base and downside cases, with the assumptions, costs and trade-offs open for leadership to examine.

02

Education Prepare your people to work with agents

Our development team helps employees understand how agents could fit into their work. An agent carries out a defined job using the information and tools it is allowed to access.

Initial education comes before detailed technical architecture. People learn how to use agentic workflows, check the work and recognise when their judgment is needed. That learning continues as we build and test the solution together.

We help employees practise and work through questions or concerns about using agents.

03

Implementation Build, test and refine the solution

Working in AgentOS, we design and build the workflow around your firm’s goal. It may include agent teams, skills and playbooks with reusable instructions, and Loops, which are shared work threads for people and agents.

We can redesign workflow steps to suit how agents operate, with defined roles and manageable assignments. We establish how work passes between agents and people, what must be checked and when an exception needs human attention.

We test on real work with your team and refine it against the agreed standards. Your employees learn to use the system while inspecting outputs and supporting evidence, monitoring progress and testing the work themselves.

We assess both the quality of the work and your employees’ ability to use it well. People retain responsibility for objectives, relationships, judgment and consequential approvals.

Examples by industry

How this could work in your firm.

We would design these workflows with your firm, using your methodology, information and review standards.

Investment banking & M&A

  • Quality of earnings (QofE)

Each workflow would reflect the nuances of your firm’s methodology. Specialist agents could assemble and compare financial records, flag questions or discrepancies and prepare proposed adjustments for expert review.

  • Deal sourcing & pipeline management

Agents could research companies against your mandate and add relevant detail to target profiles. They would prepare pipeline updates for bankers to review and decide what to pursue.

  • Valuation, reports and decks

Your team would set the assumptions and own the valuation. Agents could work from the source materials to prepare models, check figures and draft company-specific reports and decks.

Private equity

  • Deal sourcing

For potential investments, agents could compare company information with the fund’s criteria and prepare research for outreach. Your team would judge fit and decide when to engage.

  • Shared opportunities across the portfolio

Agents could compare portfolio companies’ products, customers and costs to identify shared purchasing or cross-selling opportunities. Your team tests the commercial case and decides what is worth pursuing.

Wealth management

  • Prospecting

Agents could find leads that meet your criteria, add relevant background and prepare an outreach strategy. Advisers would review the approach, choose whom to contact and manage the relationship.

  • Analysis & materials

Using client records and your assumptions, agents could prepare portfolio proposals, wealth planning materials and tax optimisation analyses. Advisers and tax specialists would review the work and own the recommendations.

  • Client management & deepening

With client records and agreed follow-ups, agents could prepare performance reports and suggest relevant topics for contact. Advisers approve communications and maintain consistent engagement with each client.

Your experts apply their own judgment and intuition. They remain responsible for strategy, client advice and consequential decisions.

Our proprietary platform

We implement the solution through AgentOS.

AgentOS is our proprietary platform for building and implementing agentic solutions, teams and workflows customised for your organisation. It provides an AI-native workspace where people and agents work together within your operating model.

Each agent has a defined job, access to the information and tools it needs, and a standard its work must meet. We set up the handoffs, permissions and review points, with a record of completed work and supporting evidence that your team can inspect.
